Tammie T. Ferguson, a published Communication Specialist, is the founder of PRism Communications.  She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with an emphasis in public relations from Mississippi State University.  She is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Administration and a certification in photography.     

Ferguson's work in the communications field began as a Marketing Intern with the National Bank of Commerce during her senior year of college.  She worked as an independent contractor for a non-profit organization to maximize their internal and external public relations needs before deciding to start her own virtual public relations business.  As a former staff writer and photojournalist, she has experience working with the media and communicating with the public.
